I am 4 months into trainin. My Manager just requested a meeting with me and an HR reprisentative to discuss "where I am in training versus where I need to be" I was told I could have a Union reprisentative. The meeting is 2 days from now on Wednesday 4/8/2015. Can I have a union rep there to ensure fairness.
